Move of the Month

While it seems that most celebrities are trying the latest workout moves, yoga remains a top favorite for stars like Madonna. According to physical fitness trainer Denise Austin, "Everyone I speak with feels fantastic after doing yoga."
Yoga workouts stretch muscles and are very convenient. You can go to a gym to do a yoga workout, or you can do the workout in your dorm.
Not only is yoga accessible, it can be done as you get ready in the morning.
Move of the week:
Driving: To keep road rage low and prevent muscle tension, sit tall pressing your back into the seat and lift the top of your head towards the sky. Keep your chin level and feet flat on the floor. Place your right hand by your right hip and your left hand on the steering wheel at the 3 o'clock position. Inhale and lengthen your spine. Exhale, gently press your hands into the seat and against the wheel, and twist to the right as far as you comfortably can. Holding that position, inhale and return to the starting position. Do one time to each side.
